Eco build homes are one of our passions at Bespoke; we are slightly fanatical about them. And so are our clients whether they are a family looking to enjoy a comfortable home with low heating bills for years to come (and the knowledge that they have reduced their impact on the environment), or investors who want to achieve a return on their investment.
As more of us turn away from fossil fuels and adopt alternatives so the number of eco projects Bespoke has taken on has exponentially increased. These include an array of sustainable solutions; including innovative insulation and alternative energy systems such as ground source heat pumps, solar panels, biomass heated systems and wood pellet boilers, as well as air source heating and photovoltaics.
It doesn’t stop there; as manufacturing becomes more advanced, we’re discovering new and exciting alternatives for roofing, cladding, windows, doors, even the very framework you build your home with. Eco-living principles can also extend to your garden and outside spaces, with the use of repurposed and reclaimed materials such as slate, tile and bricks.
