Stage 1 – Initial Enquiry

At this crucial initial stage for both parties we’ll meet with you to discuss the details of the proposed project. It’s a chance for us to get a preliminary understanding of the project, to establish its feasibility and to confirm it’s the kind that fits within our company criteria, and that it meets our pre-qualification requirements. And it’s a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for us and our approach.

Upon acceptance, we instruct our quantity surveyor who then produces a tender document for you, which includes timescales and key milestones for the project. This generally takes around two to four weeks.
